Introduction: Pharyngeal airway space has become an important criterion for diagnosis and treatment planning this led to a paradigm shift towards soft tissue evaluation orthodontic planning, The aims objectives of the study were evaluate compare upper pharyngeal in Cleft Lip & Palate patients who underwent under different modalities like Camouflage Maxillary Advancement. Methods: This is retrospective cephalometric which 20 Pre-treatment Cephalograms Post-treatment taken. Orthodontic involving therapy Advancement studied each respective group. Cephalogram was traced on Matt acetate paper measured using McNamara analysis method. Results: Statistically significant difference observed mean values both groups, where higher than means groups.
